Integrative Therapist & Hypnotherapist
I believe that therapy is at its most effective when it is tailored to a client's personality and needs, so as an integrative therapist I am able to draw on differing theories and approaches to counselling to suit each individual client. I can work using hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, either or both.
The initial stage of all therapy always begins with a consultation. The consultation is a vital part of therapy, as it will give you the opportunity to ask me any questions, and get an understanding of what the treatment plan might entail.
It is completely normal to feel a little anxious about starting therapy, and my aim is to help ease you into the therapy environment and ensure you are comfortable and relaxed.
How many sessions you need will depend on the issue, and your motivation to change. How often you have sessions depends on your availability and your needs. But weekly is the most effective. Therapy will take place in a dedicated warm and comfortable therapy space, where you can relax completely. This is based at my home in St.Albans.
Please feel free to call or email me with any questions, or if you would like to discuss your particular issue and to see if psychotherapy or hypnotherapy can help.
